Columbia Basin Water Transactions Program

Program Description Since 2002, the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation has worked in partnership with the Bonneville Power Administration to administer the Columbia Basin Water Transactions Program. The program supports entities working to increase tributary flows for fish in the Columbia River Basin through water transaction projects. This program does not issue an annual RFP.
