Sea Turtles

When sea turtle hatchlings faced certain danger from the oil spill in the Gulf, NFWF and wildlife agencies worked with FedEx to coordinate one of the largest wildlife relocations in history.

Birds

After the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, NFWF and its partners catalyzed the creation of more than 500,000 acres of additional habitat for Gulf birds. At Audubon's Rainey Preserve in southwestern Louisiana, the results were impressive.
