Test galvanic timed releases on fishing gear to reduce vertical lines present in lobster fishery. Project will partner with 10 Maine lobster vessels to explore the efficacy and utility of the timed release gear used in comparison to traditional fishing gear as a means of reducing risk, as well as provide fishing community outreach and training on the gear.
