Pulling Together Initiative
Thank you for your interest in the Pulling Together Initiative. The
National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF), in partnership with the
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM),
the USDA Forest Service (FS), the USDA Animal and Plant Health
Inspection Service (APHIS), and the Natural Resource Conservation
Service (NRCS), is pleased to solicit proposals from non-profit
organizations and government agencies interested in managing invasive
and noxious plant species. The average grant award is between
$35,000-$45,000.
Notice to all 2008 applicants to the PTI grant program: Applicants
will be notified on Friday, December 7th, if their
pre-proposal is invited forward to submit a full proposal to the PTI
program. The NEW deadline for the 2008 PTI full
proposals is JANUARY 11, 2008.
