Description: Employ 20 underserved, Baltimore youths and 10 interns to remove a quarter acre of invasive plants, restoring streams, and removing trash to restore .75 acres of land at Druid Hill Park, Leakin Park, and local housing communities in West Baltimore. Project will include tree planting, tree care and maintenance, removal of impervious surfaces, installation of rain gardens and rain barrels, and collecting scientific data of urban ecological issues such as soil pollution and watershed health.

Matching Contribution: $120,000.00
