In July 2013, as a follow-up to The Oyster Opportunity report, a two day Co-Design workshop was held in New Orleans, facilitated by the Future of Fish. The goal of the workshop was to design a multi-pronged, business-based strategy for oyster restoration. Invited were entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs working within the field, as well as other business and creative minds from within the network. The workshop, along with the report, were put on with funding from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation. Watch the video above for a window into how a Co-Design workshop is designed and facilitated and to hear about the ideas that emerged.
