Complete feasibility and design for fish passage and riparian restoration projects to improve the connectivity of the lake and its sole perennial creek within the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe Reservation. Project will build on the existing Lahontan cutthroat trout recovery plan to increase the resilience of fish and wildlife populations and Tribal capacity to address climate change and future drought conditions.
