Conduct socioeconomic monitoring for 38 Hurricane Sandy coastal resiliency projects throughout the Northeast from Virginia to Maine. The project will measure and advance the state of knowledge around coastal resilience's socioeconomic impacts on human health and safety, property and infrastructure protection and enhancement, and community resilience.
