Restore critical habitat connectivity, increase public safety and address sustainable agriculture needs between the Cascade and Kettle mountain ranges. Project will conduct habitat restoration and community outreach to benefit population recovery for Canada lynx, mule deer and sharp-tailed grouse. Efforts will continue to develop a safe passage crossing for mule deer across Highway 97, an area where more than 300 mule deer are struck by vehicles annually.
