Description:

The purpose of this project is to restore of 118.2 acres of disturbed coastal habitats by creating hydrologic connections and providing a more natural hydrologic regime within portions of the Robinson Preserve, in Manatee County, Florida. Project activities will focus on restoration and creation of wetland, subtidal and coastal upland habitats. Activities will also include project monitoring, and public outreach. This shovel-ready project is fully permitted through all agencies and has undergone NEPA compliance review.
