Restore 7 acres of riparian habitat and wetlands and remove 20 acres of noxious weeds and trees in the Rio Fernando de Taos watershed. Project will engage 250 youths and community members and six collaborative partners to remove 350 Russian olive trees and plant 500 native trees and shrubs, creating a public demonstration for wetlands and ecological restoration at the Rio Fernando Park.
