Restore aquatic organism passage and sediment transport by developing engineering plans for a natural channel design at the "Powerhouse 2" reach in San Francisquito Canyon Creek in the Angeles National Forest. Project will provide an engineer plan set, construction specifications, a cost estimate and all associated NEPA and permitting documentation to the U.S. Forest Service for implementation.
