Install 70 “no-dig” barriers at designated sites within the Drinkwater Flat off-highway vehicle area according to U.S. Forest Service specifications within the Copper Fires Scar of the Angeles National Forest. Project will bring 350 acres under improved management and prevent off highway vehicles from crossing into unauthorized forest areas to protect forest recovery.
