Restore Bear River's meadow hydrology and modify fencing to protect critical habitat for the Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog in the Eldorado National Forest. Project will construct new wildlife-friendly fencing to protect sensitive riparian area for a fen and the Sierra Nevada yellow-legged frog.
