Reconstruct the Highland Access Point on the Upper Delaware River by restoring native plants and installing bioswales and pervious pavement. Project will replace the river access point with a more gently sloping and stabilized path, provide educational information about the on-site best management practices, and install facilities for temporary boat and bicycle storage.
