Sustain a position in California to enhance the quality of critical overwintering habitat to help western monarch survival. Project will evaluate the quality of 27 overwintering sites and provide recommendations for enhancement to land managers, develop site management plans for seven of the top 50 most important overwintering sites, enhance 32 acres at sites receiving management plans, and hold two workshops for 40 managers of overwintering sites.
