Construct a three acre predator-exclusion fence in the Honopu State Forest Reserve on Kauai to protect a small colony of Newell’s shearwater and serve as a social attraction site for both Hawaiian petrel and band-rumped storm petrel. Project will result in the first fully protected predator-free Newell's shearwater colony worldwide.
