Conduct an infrastructure assessment to identify and prioritize specific Watershed Improvement Plan projects in Lassen National Forest. Project will complete site-specific surveys of road features that will be used alongside ranking criteria to assist with project prioritization, a road-stream crossing inventory and condition assessment, and to help guide future planning efforts.
