Develop designs to create new wetland habitat and restore degraded marsh on up to 1,500 acres of the Grand Bayou Canal to maintain ecosystem function and reduce storm surge damage risk. Project will conduct the preliminary design for restoration and take a data inventory and needs assessment, land rights investigation, and geotechnical investigations.
