Implement green stormwater infrastructure through the Riverine Targeted Use of Buyouts Program to revitalize riparian corridors that lead to Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Project will select 17 buyout properties to plant native trees, install bioswales and rain gardens to improve water quality, enhance habitat, and mitigate flood risk for at-risk communities.
