Raise the main road to Bolinas out of current and future flood zones and restore Lewis Gulch Creek to its former alluvial fan and floodplain. Project will ensure a safe transportation route for the community, enhance wetland resiliency, restore ecosystem processes, and improve habitat for salmonids.
