Conduct a feasibility study and alternatives analysis and prepare a concept design for removal of a culvert, the road-stream crossing, and share with the public at a workshop, Haley’s Brook, Town of Groton. Project will establish a potential pathway to address flooding in the community and to restore 2.3 miles of fish passage to Long Island Sound.
