NFWF Grant Profile

Conduct baseline research to understand the current conservation workforce pipeline, future workforce projections, and successful technical assistance delivery models. Project will gather data via surveys and interviews to understand diverse producer needs by production system, region, and scale of production. Regional convenings and focus groups will capture insights that will be reviewed by a national-level Advisory Committee and used to develop recommendations. Final products include research findings, recommendations, and proposed pilot projects.
