Leverage The Commons' FieldDoc platform to track, document, and account for restoration practices funded via the Delaware Watershed Conservation Fund (DWCF). Project will result in integration of the Conservation Blueprint to the FieldDoc Program, tracking of best management practice implementation for DWCF applicants and grantees, on-call support, and modifications to the FieldDoc Platform to better support grantees with ArcGIS integration and cross-program reporting.
