The project is located in the upper reaches of the Skagit River watershed in Washington State. Treatment work focuses on areas upstream of Rockport, including portions of Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties. In 2017-18 survey work will be extended downstream 20 miles, past the town of Concrete.
