Complete a research trip to Hawadax Island in Alaska to conduct post-eradication monitoring to quantify the long-term changes to the Island’s seabird and other bird communities 11 years after completion of rat a successful rat eradication. Project will examine the long-term benefits of rat removal and provide essential information for land managers in the region to understand the strength and timing of native seabird populations’ response to the removal of invasive rats.
