Restore 2,001 feet of Plum Run, an impaired stream, using stream bank stabilization, in-stream structures, and a tree and shrub buffer to improve water quality. Project will launch Phase II of Plum Run Stream Restoration to address highly eroded stream banks, legacy sediment and nearby properties affecting this section of the stream.
