Identify, prioritize and develop projects with willing water right holders in the Methow, Entiat, Yakima and Wenatchee sub-basins of Washington to complete significant instream flow enhancements to priority streams and tributaries. Project will improve tributary in-stream habitat to benefit listed salmon and other native fish species.
