Build a storm surge berm between Shaktoolik and the Bering Sea using 100% nature-based local materials, restoring coastal dune habitat. Project will prevent the destruction of the community, thereby avoiding contaminating marine habitat and coastal wetlands and rivers with fuel and other hazardous and biological waste.
