The City of Norwalk, CT will implement 6 storm water Best Management Practices (BMPs), as identified in an earlier study, in order to reduce the amount of sediment and pollutants reaching Norwalk Harbor. After the BMPs are installed and implemented throughout the two watersheds, the water quality will be monitored for several rainfall events and the results will then be used to develop a City-wide plan for storm water management.
