The Lake Iliamna Indigenous Guardians Program will create sustainable community-led environmental monitoring capacity. Partnering with the Indigenous Sentinels Network, the project team will work with the six rural Indigenous communities in the Lake Iliamna region to co-develop monitoring plans specific to each community and tailor web-based monitoring applications successfully implemented elsewhere in the state.
