Implement green stormwater infrastructure The projects and restore native habitats within Plaster Creek watershed to improve urban stream habitat in Kent County. The project will reduce total maximum daily load of pollutants, capture 86,000 gallons of stormwater annually, plant 500 trees, and create a biodiverse pocket of native habitat in environmental neighborhoods.
