Engage 750 governmental and nongovernmental representatives in collaborative education and information-sharing at six events and foster development and implementation of ten local conservation projects that reduce sources and impacts of pollution from contaminants, nutrients and marine debris in Connecticut and New York. Project will foster delivery of the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan for Long Island Sound and the Marine Debris Action Plan for Long Island Sound.
