Provide assistance and support to Marine Mammal Stranding Network Members across the Gulf Coast for the response, diagnosis, and reporting of stranded mammals. This project will contribute to the Gulf Spill Restoration Plan which aims to assess and restore the damage from the 2010 Deep Water Horizon Oil Spill.
