Acquire 160 acres adjacent to the Wessels Wildlife Management Area in North Dakota, which provides habitat for the Pembina Hills elk herd, whitetail deer, ruffed grouse, and wild turkey. Land will be managed by the North Dakota Game and Fish Department.
