The project boundary is Nebraska’s Sandhills with a 20-mile buffer. The Sandhills cover 19,300 square miles and are dominated dune formations with interspersed wetlands. Work will focus on SRM and the Eastern Sandhills where ERC invasion is occurring along riverine corridors and adjacent grasslands.
