2013 Leveraging Leadership of Historically Black Colleges and Universities to Build Green Infrastructure (NC, TX) Duke University The first phase will take place in a neighborhood on the south side of the city of Dallas, Texas. Subsequent phases will take place in the cities of Charlotte, Greensboro and Winston-Salem, NC. $25,000.00
