2014 Old Tyonek Creek Fish Passage Restoration (AK) Tyonek Tribal Conservation District The location is the fish passage barrier on Old Tyonek Creek and the Tyonek Timber Road located on the west side of Cook Inlet. Old Tyonek Creek provides spawning and rearing habitat for four anadromous species. $100,000.00
2014 Helping Conserve Tigers in the Dangku Landscape, Indonesia Zoological Society of London The Dangku Landscape, in the province of South Sumatra, Indonesia; a 350,000 ha area, 79% of which is industrial plantations (including ConocoPhillips’) whilst 17% is protected area including SM Dangku and the Harapan forest. This landscape is critical for Sumatran tiger conservation efforts. $175,000.00
2014 Urban Wetland Stewardship and Nature Education (IN) Little River Wetlands Project, Inc. The project will be carried out in the Upper Wabash River Watershed at a large wetland nature preserve in urban Fort Wayne, IN and at two nearby preserves (971 acres total). $20,000.00
2014 Developing a Community Supported Fishery in Hawaii Conservation International Foundation Local Ia will be located on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, with the future possibility of expanding to additional islands. $42,919.88
2014 Anchorage Greenbelt Restoration Anchorage Park Foundation Chester Creek & Campbell Creek Greenbelts of Anchorage, are major non-motorized commuter corridors. Specific project locations are determined by established Watershed Plans. $25,000.00
2014 Native American Models for Control of Local Food Systems in the Midwest First Nations Development Institute The projects three partners are urban Native American communities located in Chicago, Il, Milwaukee, WI and Hugo, MN (Minneapolis area). $25,000.00
2014 Increasing Seven Mile Island's Beach Resiliency (NJ) New Jersey Audubon Society Stone Harbor Point, Seven Mile Island, Cape May County, New Jersey $1,279,992.41
2014 Umpqua Resource Pathway (OR) Phoenix School of Roseburg The project will take place within the Umpqua Basin, located in Douglas County, Oregon. The Youth Corps will be going to various sites in coniferous forest land. $45,216.29
2014 Youth Crew Restoration Outreach along the Bosque (NM) Talking Talons Youth Leadership, Inc. The habitat restoration projects will occur on the new 570-acre Valle De Oro National Wildlife Refuge (NM's first urban refuge) and adjacent Bureau of Reclamation and State of New Mexico lands. $47,322.26
