2009 Restoring Habitat in the North Branch of the Clinton River (MI) Clinton River Watershed Council The dams are located on the N. Branch of the Clinton River which is a tributary of Lake St. Clair. These are the first barriers on the system and are both in Ray Township, of Macomb County, Michigan. $34,519.29
2009 Thomas Creek Restoration (OR) Lakeview Soil and Water Conservation District This project is located on Thomas Creek west of Lakeview Oregon in the Goose Lake Basin. The Gover and Counts Ranches own two of the properties, with the final property located on USFS land. $45,000.00
2009 Big Springs Creek Assessment and Restoration (CA) The Regents of the University of California The Nature Conservancy will purchase fee title and easements on Busk Ranch, which abuts Big Springs Lake, and contains Big Springs Creek and several miles of the Shasta River, Siskiyou County, Ca. $100,000.00
2009 Bay Scallop Restoration in Tampa Bay (FL) Bay Shellfish Co. Pinellas County Coastal Waters in Bay scallop preferred habitat surveyed by FWRI. Thalassia dominated seagrass meadows along the Pinellas County shoreline. $78,870.00
2009 Eastern Pacific Hawksbill Initiative - II The Ocean Foundation This is a region-wide initiative that will involve activities in countries (as listed above) throughout the eastern Pacific Ocean. $59,815.00
2009 Aquatic Nuisance Species Pocket Guide (WY) Grand Teton National Park Pocket guide will be made available for distribution throughout the Greater Yellowstone Area. $25,880.00
