2009 Shenandoah Valley Clean Streams Initiative (VA) Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation The project focus area is Rockingham, Augusta, Page and Shenandoah counties, home to the majority of Virginia's confined animal production facilities, with an emphasis on the Smith Creek watershed. $701,218.46
