Toyota supports conservation programs in communities and grassland landscapes across the United States to advance habitat restoration, community stewardship and long-term biodiversity outcomes through NFWF’s Five Star and Northern Great Plains programs.
Toyota and NFWF began working together in 2026 to support community-based habitat restoration and grassland conservation through the Five Star and Northern Great Plains programs. Through the Five Star Program, the partnership will help local organizations restore wetlands, streams, forests and other community habitats while engaging residents in hands-on stewardship, education and outreach.
Through the Northern Great Plains Program, the partnership will support voluntary efforts to conserve and restore native prairie, strengthen working lands and benefit wildlife and communities across one of North America’s most important grassland regions. This conservation partnership supports NFWF’s efforts to improve water quality, restore habitat, build community stewardship and conserve large, connected grassland landscapes that sustain wildlife, ranching livelihoods and tribal communities.
