2016 Stormwater Management and Habitat Stewardship at Magazine Beach (MA) Charles River Watershed Association Magazine Beach Park is part of the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation’s Charles River Reservation. It is located in the City of Cambridge, MA, which is part of Middlesex County and the Charles River watershed. $34,026.61
2016 Restoring Bird-Friendly Habitat in Peachtree Creek Watershed (GA) Georgia Audubon The project work will take place in two locations: Deepdene Park located within DeKalb County, one of Atlanta's seven Olmstead Linear parks along Ponce De Leon Avenue; and Friendship Forest located in the City of Clarkston, also located within DeKalb County along Ponce de Leon Avenue. 2016 Dugdown Montane Longleaf Private Landowner Outreach and Capacity Building (AL, GA) The Nature Conservancy The Dugdown montane longleaf corridor begins at the Talladega National Forest in Northeastern Alabama and continues eastward to Sheffield and Paulding Wildlife Management Areas in Northwest Georgia. This grant will focus primarily in Polk, Paulding, and Haralson counties in Northwest Georgia. $100,000.00

It is one of the most diverse U.S. cities with a poverty rate of 28%. $49,983.66
2016 The Monarch Butterfly Community Conservation Program (MD) National Aquarium, Inc. The project will take place at the following locations in Baltimore City (inside Baltimore County): Masonville Cove Urban Wildlife Refuge; a wetland adjacent to Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine; schools and community green spaces within Brooklyn/Curtis Bay and west Baltimore City. $40,311.99
2016 Shortleaf Pine Restoration On Lauderdale and Freedom Hills Wildlife Management Area American Forest Foundation The purpose is to restore 1,100 acres of shortleaf on Lauderdale and Freedom Hill WMA and to promote shortleaf restoration and sustainable forest management to family forest owners in the surrounding area on the Cumberland Plateau. $177,226.37
